Petition, dated October 10, 1775 in La Plata, from Dr. Arizmendi, administrator of the "obras pías" (religious funds invested for charitable purposes) of Paria (Bolivia), to Luis Antonio de Oliveros, alcalde of La Plata, requesting authorization to force payment of money owed to the funds.
